If you do not see the email within 5 minutes, check Promotions or Spam, then move it to Primary. To guarantee delivery, add the sender to your contacts and safe list.

  • Gmail: Open the email, click the three dots, select “Filter messages like these,” then choose “Never send it to Spam.”
  • Apple Mail: Open the email, tap the sender, then tap “Add to VIP” or add to Contacts.
  • Outlook: Right click the email, select “Junk,” then “Never Block Sender.”
