Welcome to MetaboCode™. By accessing or using this website, programs, services, content, or communications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Services.

1. What MetaboCode™ Is (and Is Not)

MetaboCode™ is an educational, lifestyle, fitness, nutrition, and behavioral coaching system designed to support sustainable weight loss and metabolic health.

MetaboCode™ does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a medical provider.

Medical services, when applicable, are provided exclusively by licensed healthcare professionals through independent medical practices, including but not limited to Global Physicals, and are governed by separate medical consent forms and privacy policies.

2. Medical Disclaimer

All content provided through MetaboCode™—including text, videos, coaching, meal plans, exercise guidance, frameworks, and educational materials—is for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing on this website or within the Services should be interpreted as medical advice.

  • Starting any weight loss program
  • Beginning or modifying exercise routines
  • Making dietary changes
  • Using prescription medications, including GLP-1 therapies

Never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of information obtained through MetaboCode™.

3. Medical Care & HIPAA Boundary

  • All medical evaluations, prescriptions, and clinical decisions are made solely by licensed providers
  • MetaboCode™ does not access, store, or manage protected health information (PHI)
  • Medical records are governed by provider HIPAA-compliant systems, not MetaboCode™

MetaboCode™ operates as a non-clinical coaching and education platform, separate from medical care.

4. Eligibility

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement
  • You provide accurate and truthful information
  • You understand results vary by individual

5. User Responsibilities

  • Use the Services lawfully
  • Follow all safety and usage instructions
  • Take responsibility for your health decisions
  • Seek medical clearance when appropriate
  • Not misuse or distribute proprietary content

6. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, frameworks, branding, logos, videos, and programs are the exclusive property of MetaboCode™ and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Payments, Programs & Refunds

  • Pricing is disclosed at checkout
  • Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in writing
  • Failure to participate does not entitle refunds
  • Subscription terms are binding once enrolled

8. Installment Payment Plans & Recurring Billing Authorization

If you enroll in a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree that you are committing to the full program investment, not a month-to-month arrangement.

By selecting an installment option, you authorize MetaboCode™ to charge the payment method provided at checkout for the agreed recurring amount on the billing schedule disclosed at the time of purchase. This authorization will remain in effect until the total program balance has been paid in full.

You understand and agree that:

  • The total investment is due in full, regardless of whether you complete the program.
  • All installment payments are part of a binding financial commitment.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and funded on scheduled billing dates.
  • Failure to complete scheduled payments does not cancel your financial obligation for the remaining balance.

If a scheduled payment fails, MetaboCode™ reserves the right to:

  • Re-attempt the charge
  • Suspend access to program materials or services
  • Pursue collection of the remaining balance through lawful means

Because program resources, access, and support are allocated immediately upon enrollment, all payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these installment terms.

9. Disputes, Chargebacks & Payment Reversals

If you have a question, concern, or billing issue, you agree to contact MetaboCode™ at support@getmetabocode.com before initiating a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal with your bank or card issuer.

MetaboCode™ maintains records of purchases, checkout acknowledgments, billing authorizations, communications, access delivery, and service fulfillment. You agree that initiating a chargeback or payment reversal in bad faith, including after receiving access to Services, may be considered a breach of these Terms.

If a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal is initiated for any reason, MetaboCode™ reserves the right to:

  • Temporarily suspend access to Services while the dispute is pending
  • Provide relevant documentation to the payment processor or financial institution to contest the dispute
  • Require that future payments be made by an alternative method if continued services are requested
  • Pursue lawful collection of any unpaid balance that remains due under an installment plan

You understand that filing a chargeback does not cancel your obligation to pay amounts owed under a valid installment agreement, and any approved reversal may result in immediate suspension of access until the account is brought current.

10. Joint Ventures & Third Parties

MetaboCode™ collaborates with salons, spas, wellness providers, and licensed medical practices.

  • Referral partners do not provide medical advice
  • They are not agents or employees of MetaboCode™
  • They are not responsible for outcomes or services

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Health outcomes or side effects
  • Medical decisions by licensed providers
  • Loss of income, data, or business
  • Indirect or consequential damages

12. Privacy

Use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy . Medical data is governed by the licensed provider’s policies.

13. Modifications

MetaboCode™ may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the state in which MetaboCode™ operates.
